Junior Beginner Gymnastics
A Gentle Step Into Big Gymnastics
Perfect for kindergarteners and first graders, this class bridges
preschool to “big gym” gymnastics with a slower pace, caring
coaches, and developmentally appropriate lessons.
- 50 minutes a week
- Ages 5 - 6.5 years
✨ Kids learn:
- Confidence on full-size equipment
- Body control, strength, and focus
- Floor basics, beginner bars, beam walks, and vaulting
- Gym safety basics
Progress moves at their speed—our coaches meet them where they are and celebrate every milestone.

BEGINNER GYMNASTICS
The Joyful Launchpad
- 55 minutes a week
- Ages 6.5 + years
This is the perfect starting point for new gymnasts! Through upbeat lessons and positive coaching, kids discover their love for movement while learning foundational skills. Athletes will learn how to properly use all of the gymnastics equipment.
✨ Skills covered:
- Rolls, handstands, cartwheels, bridge kickovers
- Beginner bar and beam progressions
- Vault basics and springboard entry
Confidence blossoms here—where progress feels like play. Classes are split by age group, with a special class for those 10+ students just beginning the sport.
INTERMEDIATE GYMNASTICS
Strength & Skill, Step by Step
- 85 min one time a week or 55 min two times a week
- Ages 6.5+ years
For gymnasts ready for more challenge, Intermediate classes is where form, technique, and strength come together. Athletes start to see themselves as capable, disciplined, and determined movers.
✨ Exciting progressions include:
- Advanced rolls, cartwheel + handstand sequences
- Back hip circle on bars
- Handstand beam holds and dismounts
- Front handsprings and vault progressions
Classes are offered once or twice per week—perfect for busy families who want flexibility. Special tracks include:
- Advanced Intermediate (invite-only, advanced intermediate class for more advanced learners)
ADVANCED GYMNASTICS
Challenging athletes to refine their skills
- 85 minutes two times a week
- Ages 6.5 + years
The final step of our recreational track! Designed for athletes who’ve mastered intermediate skills, this class challenges them to push boundaries while staying grounded in strong fundamentals.
✨ Athletes work on:
- Front handspring vaults
- High bar transitions and dismounts
- Handstand + cartwheel + round-off sequences on beam
- Tumbling skills like aerials, back walkovers, and handsprings
