After coaching side by side for nearly a decade, Jen and Mal dreamed of creating a gymnastics home that was bright, joyful, and designed just for kids. They envisioned a space where little ones could tumble for the very first time, and competitive athletes could chase their biggest goals—all while feeling encouraged, supported, and celebrated every step of the way.

That dream came true in the fall of 2022, when they opened the doors to an 11,000-square-foot facility in the south metro area. With colorful murals, cheerful décor, and a lively, creative energy, Balance Gymnastics quickly became a place where kids can shine both on and off the mats.

From day one, our core coaching team has shared the same vision: to help children grow not only as athletes, but also as people—learning confidence, resilience, and the importance of balance in all areas of life. We’ve built a staff of caring, enthusiastic coaches who bring out the best in every gymnast, and we’re always on the lookout for more passionate people to join our family.

Balance started small in October 2022, with just a handful of competitive gymnasts and a staff of for. Today, we’ve grown to more than 400 students and 15 staff members in our preschool, recreational, and competitive programs—while still keeping our “small gym” feel. Why? Because every child and every family matters to us. At Balance, we believe gymnastics is about more than skills and medals—it’s about fun, friendship, and finding joy in movement.
